Underground Blossom – Chapter 1 | Crib Station
Intro
Welcome to our walkthrough for Chapter 1 of the Underground Blossom from Rusty Lake. In this game, you will go to various metro train stations that represent the life stages of Laura Vanderboom.
Walkthrough
After you tap/click the “Start” button to start the game, the mysterious train will arrive. Open the door of the train and enter. The train will lead you to the first chapter of the game called Crib Station.
Once you arrive, open the door and exit the train.
- Speak with Rose Vanderboom, Laura’s mother. Click on her multiple times to see all the dialogue.
- Approach the briefcase on the floor.
Open the briefcase.
- Pick up the milk bottle.
- Take the matches. You will use it to burn the diaper in the trash can.
Approach the crib.
- Move the blanket down (hold the left mouse click or hold your finger on the blanket and then drag the blanket).
- Take the safety pin from the crib. You’ll need it for the diaper.
- Give the milk bottle to Laura.
From the crib area, go right.
In the area where the poster is, approach the box on the floor.
- Take the cloth. It will serve as a diaper.
- Take the iron saw. You will use it multiple times in the game.
In the same area, approach the bars on the floor on the left.
Use the iron saw you just acquired to remove the leftmost bar. Click on the bar you just cut a few times to add it to your inventory.
Use the bar you just cut to move the key to the left side.
Once you move the key to the left, you will be able to reach it. Take the key. You will use it to open the ticket counter.
Return to the crib and place the cloth beneath Laura.
Attach the safety pin to the cloth to form the diaper.
Click on the diaper several times until Laura soils herself. Take the dirty diaper. It will be added to your inventory, and you will get the “Fast metabolism” achievement.
Click on Laura several times until she starts crying. You will get the “Are you proud of yourself?!” achievement.
From the crib area, go left.
In the ticket counter area, approach the trash can.
Remove the lid from the trash can and throw the dirty diaper.
Use matches to burn the diaper inside the trash can.
While the diaper is burning, click on the trash can to destroy it.
Once you destroy the trash can, pick up the scraper from the floor. You will use it for the poster on the wall.
In the same area, approach the left ticket counter.
Use the key to unlock the shutter.
Move the shutter up by dragging it upwards.
Use the bar from earlier to wake up the counter worker. She will mention that a ticket to the next station costs one coin. You’ll need to find the coin first.
From the ticket counters area, go left.
From the railway platform area, go further left.
Approach the poster on the wall.
Use the scraper to remove the poster.
Remember the parts of the symbol.
Return to Rose near the crib and approach her golden timepiece.
On the timepiece, there is a strange sigil. Click on the parts of the sigil that were present on the wall behind the poster. These parts are white/gray in the picture above.
Once you activate the correct parts of the sigil, the timepiece will open, revealing the 10:15 time.
Go to the railway platform and approach the clock.
Set the clock hands to show 10:15, just like in Rose’s watch. This will cause the train for the next station to arrive.
Open the door and speak with the train conductor.
Open the conductor’s coat pocket and take the coin.
Return to the ticket counter and give the coin to the counter worker.
Take the ticket to the next station.
Give the ticket to the train conductor.
Click on the ticket punch several times.
Enter the train.
Close the door. The train will stop at the next station, Child Lane, which marks the next chapter of the game and the next phase of Laura’s life. You will get the “Departing Crib Station” achievement.
